Cover the drainage hole with cement and once it is dry, fill it with water. Voila! Your own water feature! Plant some colorful plants, such as rudbeckias, around your new water feature, and get some floating plants for the water if you wish. This will add a rustic touch to your garden, as well as attract birds and other wildlife.

Get your structure up, get some climbing plants near it and place a couple of seats under it, and you will achieve an old-style look that will inspire you to relax and take a few moments to enjoy your garden.

A little touch here or there can really do the difference, helping your garden take on a completely new look with very few elements.
